Cedarstone Renovations transformed this 100-square-foot condo-loft ensuite in downtown Toronto after a longstanding shower leak, restoring use of the shower while renewing the entire bathroom. The design combines practical storage and a separate tub and shower with a distinctive black, white and grey palette.

A black freestanding bathtub with a white interior and floor-mounted filler sits beside the clear glass corner shower. White subway tiles, black shower fittings, a rain head, handheld shower and a slim bottle shelf coordinate the bathing areas. Black-and-white floral-pattern tiles continue across the bathroom and shower floor, giving the compact space a strong visual identity.

The custom grey vanity includes drawers and cupboard storage beneath a white quartz countertop. An LED smart mirror, black faucet and vintage-style wall sconces complete the vanity area, while a one-piece toilet occupies a recessed nook for privacy.
