The Hurdy Estates is a full interior structural renovation that transformed a compartmentalized bungalow into a seamless open-concept living space.

By removing a major load-bearing wall at the center of the home, we re-engineered the structure to create a continuous flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The result is a brighter, more functional layout designed for modern living.

Additional upgrades included a custom foyer feature wall, new flooring throughout, staircase modernization with glass railing, new interior doors, and full interior repainting.
