For more than 15 years, Joe has led technically demanding construction projects ranging from structural renovations and whole-home transformations to multiplex conversions, additions, commercial renovations, heritage restorations, and complex structural repairs. His expertise lies in understanding how buildings perform, solving complex structural challenges, and leading the technical coordination that transforms ambitious ideas into successful projects.
As Founder and Technical Director of Cedarstone Group, Joe provides technical leadership throughout every stage of construction, from pre-construction planning and engineering coordination to structural execution, quality control, and final completion. Leading collaboration with structural engineers, architects, designers, consultants, and specialty trades, he ensures every project is thoughtfully planned, technically sound, and built to perform for generations.
Joe holds a Licensed Building Renovator designation in Toronto and maintains professional certifications including TSSA Contractor Registration and ODP Certification. He continually invests in building science, construction technology, and industry best practices to ensure Cedarstone continues to deliver the highest standard of craftsmanship, structural integrity, and long-term performance across residential, multiplex, and commercial projects.

Farrah, Project Coordinator & Director of Client Experience
A successful renovation isn’t measured only by the finished home, it’s measured by the experience of getting there, it is measured by how our clients feel throughout the entire process. Farrah believes every homeowner deserves clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and confidence throughout every stage of the construction journey.
As Cedarstone Group’s Project Coordinator and Director of Client Experience, Farrah oversees the client experience through project coordination, client communication, scheduling, selections, and day-to-day planning to ensure every project progresses smoothly from the initial consultation through final completion. She serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, helping simplify complex decisions while keeping every detail organized, transparent, and on schedule.
Before joining Cedarstone full-time, Farrah built a career spanning more than 13 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist, where precision, attention to detail, empathy, and trust were essential to every patient relationship. She brings those same qualities to construction, creating a renovation experience that is organized, responsive, and centered around each homeowner’s needs.
Working closely with Joe, architects, designers, consultants, and trade partners, Farrah coordinates the many moving parts behind every successful renovation. From design selections and scheduling to client updates and project documentation, her goal is to ensure homeowners always know what to expect and feel supported throughout the process.

Kelvin is the creative force behind Cedarstone’s planning and layout development. With years of experience designing high-end retail environments, including global luxury brands like Dolce & Gabbana, he brings a refined understanding of spatial flow, aesthetics, and functionality to every renovation project.
His expertise in large scale, detail intensive design gives him the ability to anticipate challenges early, optimize floor plans, and craft solutions that enhance both the beauty and usability of a home. Kelvin blends form and function effortlessly, ensuring each space aligns with the client’s lifestyle, vision, and long term needs.

Saman, Site Supervisor
Saman is the steady, detail driven presence behind Cedarstone’s day-to-day site operations. Originally trained as an architectural technician, he brings a strong understanding of building systems, construction sequencing, and technical drawings to every project.
Joining our team in 2024, Saman quickly became essential to keeping projects running on schedule and to standard. His sharp attention to detail ensures that every stage of construction is executed correctly, safely, and with full alignment to the renovation plan.
Saman is responsible for coordinating job-site readiness: making sure the right tools, materials, and components are prepared in advance so our builders can work efficiently and without interruption.
